• Where is the store based?

  Burtonwood, United Kingdom

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!. I post both domestic and international on a regular basis.

• When will my order be posted?

  I despatch orders within 1 working day as long as payment has cleared (this excludes weekends and bank holiday Monday's when the post office is closed) For international orders (outside the U.K) this can take between 1- 7 days.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All items within the UK will be posted first class or second class delivery and can take between 1- 3 days to be delivered. I will obtain proof of postage receipts. If you would like it sent recorded delivery or special delivery please contact me before purchase and I will quote you a delivery price. Items posted first class and second class are not insured, I will not be responsible for any loss of goods through non delivery. If you would like them insured please contact me first and I will advise the cheapest method of postage.
  International customers outside of the UK may have to pay customs duty on there parcels, this will have to be paid by you the customer. International orders can take up to 28 working days to be delivered, this may be a little bit longer during holiday season.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
