Sterling silver, heart design, blue opal (lab created) pendant with Cz crystal.. This pendant will come complete with an 18 inch sterling silver chain. The pendant measures 15mm height x 15mm width. The blue opal gemstone measures 5mm x 7mm.. The pendant and chain are both stamped 925 on the back. Opal is the birthstone for October.
